Dan Kurani
Founder and CEO
Prior to launching Thumb in 2010, Dan Kurani spent the last 10 years as President/CEO of Kurani Interactive, a digital development firm. Kurani helped Fortune 500 brands that included Nike and Universal Studios with web applications, mobile, and websites. Dan grew Kurani Interactive to $3 million in annual billings and architected a number of successful digital properties. He is the author of The Honey Pot, a strategy book that helps brands use digital innovation to generate revenue. Dan was recently tapped as a mentor for the upcoming inaugural NYC class at DreamIt Ventures, a start-up accelerator program. When not working, your best chance of finding him is floating somewhere in the Atlantic ocean.
Hadley Harris

Hadley was most recently an executive at Vlingo, acquired by Nuance Communications, where he held the roles of Head of Business & Market Strategy and Vice President of Marketing. Hadley is also a Founding Partner at Eniac Ventures, a seed stage venture capital firm focused on mobile technologies and an early investor in Thumb. During his career he also spent time at Microsoft, Samsung and Charles River Ventures. Hadley holds a MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. When not working he enjoys traveling, exploring NYC, eating bacon and mixing electric music.
Will Koffel
CTO
A technical executive and startup fiend, Will Koffel has founded and worked in numerous startups over the past 15 years, as well as advising many early-stage entrepreneurs and technical teams. Will worked recently as the CTO and VP Operations for Sermo, a physicians social media site dedicated to changing the flow of healthcare information. Prior, Will held leadership roles at Wis.dm, Vertro, JohnnyCab, and Akamai Technologies. He's a geek at heart, and his biggest fear is being called "a suit". When not reading tech blogs, Will is a semi-pro musician, semi-amateur photographer, and semi-perfect father.
Mike Melli
Co-Founder and VP, Engineering
Michael began developing software as a teenager and has spent the past 20+ years at the forefront of technology. Michael has worked on web-based systems for the Department of Defense, providing security infrastructure for a US Army base and earning him several awards. Since joining Kurani Interactive in 2004, he has become a nimble, jack-of-all-trades developer, specializing in CMS systems and content frameworks, while honing his problem solving skills into a finely tuned machine. In his spare time, which he no longer has, he likes to brew (and drink) beer.
Matt Holloway
Co-Founder and Art Director
Matt's experience spans 10+ years in the design industry with expertise in interactive and multimedia platforms for Fortune 500s that include Accenture, Chambord, Coca-Cola, Interscope Records, Lingo, and Merrill Lynch. He is an accomplished photographer, wears black t-shirts exclusively, and really hates it when we call him emo. Matt joined Kurani Interactive in 2003.

Al Angrisani is one of the top corporate turnaround experts in the United States. After completing his most recent turnaround at Greenfield Online (formerly NASDAQ: SRVY), Al led the sale of the company to the Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) for $497 million in 2008. Al is also the former US Assistant Secretary of Labor and Chief of Staff under President Reagan.
Dan Goikhman
Dan Goikhman is the Co-founder of Mojiva, the fastest growing mobile ad network. Dan helped Mojiva raise $11 million in VC capital and has closed key accounts instrumental to Mojiva's rapid growth. Dan knows the business development process and is plugged into the new media capital space.

Sal Magnone is CEO of Door3 and has spent 15 years+ doing high-volume secure database work for JPMorgan Chase, Citi, and others. Sal was also the co-founder of Marincorp and Searchshark.com. Sal specializes in scalable transaction systems and data mining.
